Rafaeul Nadal Parera born June 3 1986 in the Mallorcan town of Manacor. Nadal rooted from a large family on the island since the fourteenth century.

The first title that he obtained was in 2005 in which he beat Roland Garros. Also he gained Master series. In 2006 I win for the second time the Roland Garros. In 2007 the Roland Garros returns to win for the third consecutive time.

Paula - Playing Tennis.

The technique of tennis is to hit the ball and put in the court. The opposing team must move around the court. You can't let the ball bounce two times. When you go to hit the ball, you can't touch the net with the racket.

The FC Lugo is sad because the first goalkeeper, Diego Lopez, now is in the team of Real Madrid.Casillas, now is the second goalkeeper because the coach think Diego Lopez is best than Casillas.

Alejandro - The Spanish Basketball team.

Pau Gasol is the best Spanish basketball player bu he doesn't play in Spain, he is player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the NBA. He was born in Barcelona on July 26, 1980. He is 33 years old and he is 2 metres and 16 centimetres tall. Marc Gasol is his brother and also plays in the NBA. He is a player for Memphis Grizzlies. The Spanish basketball team is a team of Spanish players.  The Spanish team is the second best team in the world after the United States team.


Carlos - Los Angeles Clippers.

Los Angeles Clippers is a basketball team in the NBA based in Los Angeles, California. Founded in 1970, play in the Pacific Division. The play their home games at Staples Centre as well as Los Angeles Lakers. On April 8th, 2013 after beating Los Angeles 109-95 Lakers get their First Division title of the NBA. The consequence of these results has been, among other things, the three changes that have hit the cy since it's founding team, to Buffalo, Sand Diego and Los Angeles currently.
The best players are Clippers' Chris Paul and Blake Griffin.

Pablo - Kobe Bryant

Kobe Bean Bryant  is a player of basketball there are playing in the NBA and his team is Angeles Lakers ,your position is scorer and his numbers there are 8 and 24, he was born in Filadelfia,Pensilvania the 23/8/1978 ,his height 1,98.

This player broke his ankle,  the ankle is recovering, lost every match in this year. He won these trophies, Naimith prep player of the year award, All star game. He's the son of Joe Jellybean Bryant, he

scored 81 points against  Toronto Raptors.

Aitana - Auryn.

The boyband Auryn are formed of Dani Fernandez, Carlos Marco, Blas Canto, Alvaro Gango, David Lafuente.  They were born in Ciudad Real, Alicante, Murcia, Madrid, Granada. they boys they are Spanish. They were created in January 2010 in a small room in a house that held one party. Carlos one component of Auryn who lived in Alicante went with some friends at Madrid.












Aldara - Malu.

Her nickname is Malu but her real name is Mari Luisa, 15 years began recording, she has nine albums or study and 3 directs ones are forming a disk. 'Aprendiz was her first snong in 1998 your favourite songs are ' Nobody sees' and 'Cold War'. Her favourite singers are Alejandro Sanz, Pablo Alboran and Uncle Paco of  Lucia. Will give a concert in Coruna. Her birthday is 15th of March and she lives in Madrid.

Mireia Belmonte - Selena

Mireia Belmonte Garcia (Badalona, Barcelona, on November 10 1990) is a Spanish swimmer. She is European and world champion. She competes in the categories or butterfly and freestyle.

She participated in two olympic games. At the olympic games of Beijing 2008, when she was 17 and the 2012 London olympics where she won two silver medals. The first was 200 meter butterfly with a time of 2.05.25 and the second for 800m freestyle. with 8:18.76.

CNPL 

The name of my team is CNPL ( Club Natación Portamiña Lugo ) in this team I have got more friends and 5 trainers in swimming, Toño, Roberto, Andrea, Pablo and Javier.

We are the second best team of Spain because , We swim 1 hour and 30 minutes or2 hours 5 days in the weekand is very difficult study and swim but I am very happy in the Portamiña.

Shakira - Paula

Shakira is a singer of pop music. She is Ecuadorian and when she came to Spain. She has a boyfriend and a baby. The name of her boyfriend is Pique and the name of the baby is Milan. My favourite songs are Whenever, whenever and Waka, waka.

Tennis - Rafael Nadal

Rafael Nadal is the number one of the top ten in the world. He was born in Manacor, Mallorca in the province of Balearic Autonomous community, Balearic Islands, Spain, June 3 1986.

He has a sister named Isabel, currently has a girlfriend, his uncle is his trainer, is a very polite guy.

My opinion.

Rafa Nadal is my favourite tennis because he is from Spain and he is polite.

Pablo 

Football - Report

The Lumieira lose 7-1 against Illa Verde.
Lumieira were very clever but Illa verde are very fast. Illa Verde scored 7 goals but in the second part scored 2 goals and the lesion of Pablo are no nice. Raquel goal in the fault and the result are 7-1.

Lumieira Vs Albeiros 3-4
Lumieira were very fast but Albeiros were very agressive and scored two goals. "Koke" scored one.
In the second half, Albeiros scored another 2 goals. Pablo Fernandaz was very active but the other team mates were sleeping. 'Koke' and Hugo scored two goals. The stadium was Palomar.

Duan

The Los Angeles Lakers are a professional team of the NBA. The Lakers have 17 players. The Lakers have the record of most consecutive games won in North American sport (33).
Their team is Kobe Bryant, Paul Gasol, Nick Young, Steve Nash, Kendall Marshall, Xavier Henry, Ryan Kelly, Chris Kaman and Jordan Farma. Paul Gasol is Spanish and was born in Barcelona. Gasol started playing at age 14. The Coach is Mike D'Antoni who is 62 years old.

Golden Ball by Abel and Pablo

The Golden Ball is the most important trophy for the football player. The first Golden Ball was in 1990.  the golden ball is one time for one year.

Messi of FC Barcelona, Ribery of Bayer and Cristiano Ronaldo of Madrid were the nominees of 2013, the vote was very tough compared to 2012.

In this year the winner was .......CRISTIANO  RONALDO!

We like this event because we like football. It is interesting and it is the most important event in football.

                                                                                                                                                                PASTA WITH SUN-DRIED TOMATO SAUCE                                                                                 an original recipe by Carlos    

INGREDIENTS:

-pasta (spaghetti,macaroni...)
-carrots
-parmesan cheese
-cream
-sun-dried tomatoes
-olive oil
-parsley


METHOD:
Fry the dried tomatoes with the carrots. When the carrots and the tomato are fried, add the parmesan cheese and the cream and mix it all together.

WHY I DANCE

You can dance in groups,in parties,in your house  with music, etc...

I love dance because it is very fun. In my dance academy I dance a lot of styles of dance . I dance in a very big group with my friends.

There are a lot of styles of dance, for example breakdance, locking, hip hop etc....

The dance is a very good way to do exercise . In my dance academy I dance in a lot of competitions.The competitions are in a lot of cities, for example in A Coruña.
